6. Subletting Clause

Contract specify when landlord can enter without you present:
- Scheduled inspections:usually every 12周一次,房东need give 7日written notice
- Repairs:emergency repairs(burst pipe)房东can enter with minimal notice。non-emergency需14日advance notice
- Sale inspection:if house for sale,房东can arrange open house,need written notice
