澳洲租房诈骗的三大常见Pattern
Scam Type 1：“先付Bond，我给你保留房子”
骗子在Flatmates.com.au或Domain post假房源，房租便宜20-30%吸引你。声称：
- “房子很热门，需要你们快速deposit房间”
- “我在中国工作不在Australia，能否bank transfer bond”
- “先付2周rent作为保证金，其他周到时候pay”
典型对白：“This property is very popular. I need a $500 deposit deposit to hold your room. Transfer to my account XXXXXXX. Once you arrive and see the property, we process check-in”
Why scam：钱transfer后，“房东”disappear。或者你到Australia发现address不存在，或者property已由其他人出租。
Red flag to identify：
- 房东坚持你没看房就transfer钱
- 拒绝video call或virtual inspection
- 催促”quickly decide”或”someone else interested”

Scam Type 2：假冒Real Estate Agency
